PTFE Lining PTFE Tank/Vessel

We have a lining division which started to develop our newest product in the tank lining. PTFE lining vessels and tanks can be used in a variety of processes, such as:
Washing
Distillation or rectification
Absorption column for Hcl/Hbr, etc.
Liquid extraction
Reactor
Storage tank.

PTFE Lining work is very complex, where we have to adjust the goods to those that are already installed or according to the job specifications requested by consumers, we can start from the material fabrication process, or only work on the lining, we also check the thickness of PTFE for maximum results. 

When the tank is operating, after all manufacturing work is completed, the QC team will always check the results of fabrication, coating with welding methods, and check according to international standards (can be adjusted according to consumer needs) before being sent to the user.

Vessel linings or PTFE tank linings have an application temperature range from -10°C to +200°C. However, under extremely harsh operating conditions such as those involving high temperature and pressure changes, we must determine what medium is used, and at what pressure when goods running.
